NEED FOR PROMPT RESPONSE !

Time & again we have been stressing the need for ensuring prompt response for people who seek your alliance based on the projection of profile made in our website.

But of late, we are coming across lot of complaints from our clients, particularly from Groom side, that Bride side people are not responding at all even after reminders. It is also learnt that the replies are very often quite blunt or evasive, reflecting an attitude of total indifference. In the process, Grooms are getting very much upset & feel it is not worthwhile in seeking alliance. It is possible that in Bride side also, some people might have undergone similar bad experience.

As you are aware, in our website, we permit viewing of profiles totally free even for Non-members. At the same time, we do not accept Free Registration mainly to ensure some seriousness while projecting the profiles in our Website. Further we also insist upon the signature in the Regn. Form to ensure genuineness of data and do not accept Regn. Just like that ! We also update the data Periodically.

These unique steps are adhered to by us only to ensure more reliability & seriousness ! In this background, I request all our clients, once again to ensure prompt reply to the persons concerned, even in case of rejection, instead of remaining silent and keeping the matter under suspense. Further, while rejecting the proposals, if you find it delicate to state the reasons, it is enough to say that you are not interested in proceeding further and close the matter.

In case you need more time to decide due to reasons such as Astro consultations etc. you can keep them informed accordingly. Further if you require any additional details, for processing, you can take up the matter suitably with them in person or phone and keep the ball rolling.

It is also essential to keep a separate Note Book for recording the developments relating to each and every proposal then & there in a systematic manner to enable easy reference. It is also preferable that the correspondence is handled through one person to avoid any confusions at later date. Communication plays a vital role in Life, and more so in matters pertaining to finding suitable alliance. Unfortunately I find most of the alliances get dropped in the initial stage itself due to wrong handling, as most of the parents are not well versed in the Art or aged for the role ! (First Impression is the Best Impression!)

I feel it is high time for us to ponder over the matter and take remedial steps wherever required !

• Let us always ensure courtesy & clarity in our Communication !
• Let us be prompt in our reply as silence can be interpreted in many ways !
• Let us carry empathy by putting ourselves in other’s position !
• Let us avoid hurting others by words or behaviour!
• Let us give due respect and avoid arguments !
• Let us avoid being indecisive or wavering which may lead to losing good alliances !
• Let us share all the basic data willingly to the extent needed !

To conclude, I can say sending a prompt reply will save you from receiving unwarranted reminders besides avoiding irritation and anxiety to the other parties and resultant complaints to us ! I hope you will agree and resolve to ensure promptness in communication, at least henceforth, if not doing so far !

I would also like to suggest to the aggrieved clients, it is better to treat the silence as rejection and proceed further with other alliances, instead of finding fault over the non-reply and sending repeated reminders to them!
