I refer my Website Message No: 15 Dated 10-12-2015 seeking your help. I am very happy that many of our clients have responded promptly reflecting their concern for our staff, attachment towards our Organisation & Confidence in me. I bow my Head to all of them!
The objective of my appeal was just to appraise our clients of the impact of the havoc in general, besides providing a Golden Opportunity for helping our staff members, by supplementing my contributions. Pending further Receipts, I confirm that all the amount received so far has been duly disbursed to them. We have also acknowledged the receipts individually to our Donors by E-mail.
I know many of our clients have been extending their help to various people in their own ways in kind, Money or consoling words. I extend my kudos to all of them also. As Maha Periyava used to say, if we take care of our close Relatives, Friends, Neighbours, Servants & Staffs, the Society can take care of itself automatically.
Though the Havoc has affected Millions of people, the damages and its impact differ from person to person. Some have minimal losses while some have lost in crores! Some have lost Articles which can be replaced but some others have lost precious ones which cannot be regained. For People who have lost their jobs, their business or Huts in toto, it is very miserable indeed! Above all for people losing their bread-winners or beloved ones the loss is perennial! Likewise losing the belongings at Old Age becomes extremely painful & shocking!
I humbly believe that Helping the Needy without any Expectations, even without their asking is the highest source of Happiness. A Help in Need is Help indeed! Once we develop the Habit, we will be looking for every opportunity for helping others. Only because of this noble quality, Karna is being remembered even now just as Harichandra for Truthfullness!
I am proud to say I have been experiencing the Happiness over a period of time and I never believe in preaching others without following it by myself.
Likewise, there is nothing wrong in seeking help also as and when it becomes unavoidable. But we must not have bad feelings of disappointment if people do not respond positively. When to ask, How to ask, Whom to ask is very important! Similarly seeking Help for Helping others or for noble causes is quite laudable and we need not hesitate or feel shy for that. But it is essential that the resources collected must be utilized properly without any selfish motive. More than becoming answerable to others, we are accountable mainly for our conscience and Almighty!
Though our clients have donated without any expectations whatever we have decided to project their profiles freely in our website under “Featured Profile” for 2 Months as a token of our gratitude & gesture.
I wish all our clients early and successful Weddings & more so for people who responded to our call so promptly and whole-heartedly!
The response has immensely motivated me to proceed further in the formation of our Trust at the earliest. With all your support and blessings, I feel I can do much more to the society for deserving causes!
My Heart is still weeping for all those who are affected. I once again extend my sincere sympathies for them and wish them early recovery from the Tragedy!
